What if there are defects in items?
Most likely, that would not happen, because all items have been checked and are assured to be in tip-top conditions. BUT, if serious defects are found, a photograph about the defect must be presented to the owner before a refund is given. HOWEVER, note that this is a case to case basis. only SERIOUS defects get refund. :)
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your item, you may return it, but you must notify me immediately. It must be returned in the condition it was sent in. Unless it is my fault and a mistake was made by me in listing condition, shipping is non refundable.
